    • Particularly into senior positions
  2. 2Developing GCC nationals

  3. 3Retaining GCC nationals

How we prepare you for this category

  1. 1

We extract three years of localisation data from the HR systems: ratios, senior positions, promotions and retention.

  2. 2

We document the development system — training plans, career paths and succession — with evidence of application, not intent.

  3. 3

We frame the localisation policy as a strategic choice tied to the establishment's plan, as the award requires.

  4. 4

We write the submission and prepare the HR function for the assessor interviews.

Frequently asked questions

Is it only about the localisation ratio?+

No. The three criteria are attraction — particularly into senior positions — development and retention of GCC nationals. An establishment with a lower ratio that develops and keeps its people can outscore one with a higher ratio and no development.
