From a seat in the room to founding a training and consulting firm
A participant in our Train the Trainer programme and our HR Management programme went on to found his own training and consulting firm, which is running successfully today.

The challenge
Most train-the-trainer programmes end with an attendance certificate and better presentation skills. A participant who wants to work as a professional trainer needs more: content design, managing a difficult room, and impact measurement they can show a client — then the management knowledge to build a business rather than deliver a session.
What we did
- Building the Train the Trainer programme on the full ADDIE methodology: needs analysis and courseware design, not delivery skills alone.
- A real individual assessment for each participant with recorded feedback, so a trainer sees himself as others see him.
- No less than 40% of programme hours spent on exercises and case work in the room.
- The HR Management programme added what most trainers lack: job description, performance management, and the operating logic of the organisations they will later sell to.
What remained
We do not claim the two programmes built the firm — its founder did. But when a participant leaves a training room and starts a business in the same field, that is the clearest available answer to the question every trainee asks before enrolling: will this programme actually change anything?
