Applying the EFQM Model
We apply the EFQM Model with you: a structured self-assessment, an improvement plan built on real gaps, and preparation for EFQM recognition.
About EFQM Model
The EFQM Model is the organisational excellence model published by EFQM (the European Foundation for Quality Management), suitable for any organisation of any size or sector. It rests on three questions: why the organisation exists (Direction), how it delivers on its purpose (Execution) and what it has actually achieved (Results). Most excellence awards in the region are built on it.

The model and recognition

We prepare for thisA structured reading of the organisation against the model's criteria using RADAR logic.

How assessment works
The model has seven criteria across three dimensions, assessed using RADAR logic:
Direction
- Purpose, Vision & Strategy
- Organisational Culture & Leadership
Execution
- Engaging Stakeholders
- Creating Sustainable Value
- Driving Performance & Transformation
Results
- Stakeholder Perceptions
- Strategic & Operational Performance
What that means for your file
- A result is read as a trend, not a snapshot: prepare at least three years of data for every key indicator.
- Let your results cover everything that matters to your work, not only the comfortable indicators. A gap in coverage is read before a gap in the numbers.
- An approach that is applied is not enough — it must be applied, measured and improved, with evidence.
- Assessors meet criterion owners face to face. Whoever answers during the visit must have lived the work, not written the file.

Frequently asked questions
When should we start preparing?+
Six to nine months before the assessment phase. We can work to tighter timelines, but the return is higher the earlier we start, because genuine evidence is built, not written.
Can we gauge our readiness before contacting you?+
Yes. The readiness check on this page is free and gives you the result at once, with your weakest area, without asking for your details.
Do you guarantee a win?+
No one can guarantee the decision of an independent assessment panel. What we do guarantee: you will know exactly where you stand, and your team will enter the assessment with genuine evidence it can defend.
Let's establish where you stand
Tell us where you stand and what you want to achieve, and we will come back with an initial view of scope, duration and investment within two working days.
